1. General Policy

Due to the nature of services being time-based, knowledge-based, or customised, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances can vary, and we may offer refunds or credits at our sole discretion, under the following conditions.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You cancel a service before work has started or within a specific timeframe (e.g., within 24 hours of booking).

  • You did not receive the service as described or agreed upon.

  • There was a billing error or duplicate payment.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have been fully rendered.

  • Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after a service was completed as agreed.

 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least [48] hours notice.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee or may forfeit eligibility for a refund.

 

4. Processing Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within [14] business days. We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
